I don’t know the answer to your question but it’s so strange to me that once you have a passport or RealID from any state that you STILL need all the other documents. Why can’t the passport or realID be an authoritative document?

Both Harris teeter and Safeway are a 10 minute walk from you.

So you live 8 minutes from Harris Teeter and 9 minutes from Safeway.

Clockoutdc on Instagram does a pretty good lineup every week of all sorts of events in town.
If you're looking for events for a friend, what are they into?

Not sure what exactly he can work as but he seems perfect for a local DC job or a fed job.

And a Harris Teeter a little further. Adams Morgan is actually packed with grocery stores. There’s 4 total plus a couple liquor and convenience stores.

Really surprised no one has said Natural History Museum yet. Super cool, lots of animals among other things. Always catch people just gawking at stuff when I go

Lol quite the useful comment. It’s for a friend so I can’t give you an answer to every question

You have zero interests or preferences? Really? You don't like any specific sports, music, food, or activities? You don't have anything you dislike doing? No restrictions of any kind?
I think you should take the new silver line train to Dulles. Some people really like trains, maybe you'll be one of them.

Really open to anything so it’s hard to narrow down

2650 for a two bedroom is pretty low for that neighborhood, actually for most desirable neighborhoods in DC. My first apartment here was not too far away in the U st corridor. It cost 2450…for a basement unit 1 bedroom….8 years ago. The bedroom didn’t have a window and the building didn’t have amenities. So be careful! But the neighborhood is comfortably walkable. There is no completely “safe” neighborhood in DC but adams morgan is on the lower risk side. There are still shootings, carjackings etc but not nearly as many as other parts of town.

here you go! make sure that if you use rental insurance as proof of address, you use the policy statement/summary, and NOT a bill. Source: I had to argue with the DMV that technically if my renter's insurance bill is mailed to my address, which was my declared address and present on my lease, bank statement, W2, etc, it COULD be for another property. I eventually got the right document but it's always an adventure with them.

It's a major city. We have all of those things. What kinds of events or activities do you enjoy? You've gotta narrow it down a bit!
