I’ve seen sex workers on 12th, 14th and on K Street within the last decade.

It's a temporary solution to a long term problem. The main issue is poverty and inequity. Apartments can often be seen as a catch-all, but keeping people in the rent cycle instead of offering affordable ownership opportunities is prolonging the issue.

he actually got yesterday's wrong as Arlington Cem' Media Chief told me it wasn't for Collins, but he couldn't tell me who it was for because the family declined media access. They are presently a team of 2, coordinates 25-30 funerals a day. Flyovers are coordinated between individual military branches and the FAA, AlertDC gets the information from FAA.
Considering whether this needs to be re-addressed to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin or head of the FAA acting Administrator Billy Nolen.

Do you have low power mode on? I’ve found it screws with my GPS tracking when I use Strava. Also try turning off Wi-Fi. Like others have said, it should work fine in DC. I even get good GPS on the metro.

I see people practicing their driving in the RFK lot by Kingman Island, right off of Benning Road.

Yeah I know lets rush to make sure the comment about GW body builders using the morning after pill is quickly corrected to be factual.
LMAO god I love this sub

Could of sworn I saw estrogen + some crazy receptor blockers are how the most modern versions of steroids' work and are better at avoiding detection then the traditional testerone based anabolics.

Geico parking lot near the whole foods. Always plenty of parking and security won't bother you unless you're there for hours.

>Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't this pill essentially flood the body with estrogen?
Okay, I'm correcting you, this statement is unequivocally false, and because you are espousing false rhetoric it's worthy of a response for those who CARE about correct information.
- Estrogen can result in gaining specifically lean muscle mass, which has also been linked to endurance and joint stabilizing tendons, (medical science has proven females are more suited to sports that maximize these requirements, think gymnastics, rock climbing, yoga etc) but it is not effective for building bulky muscle where testosterone plays a bigger role in the development of those proteins structures. (hence why the heaviest power lifters are all male)
- No, the morning after pill works because of a progestin, which is typically levonorgestrel, that prevents ovulation. Estrogen is part of the dosage of the morning after pill, but it's not the active ingredient that prevents pregnancy, the purpose of estrogen in the pill is to balance out the effects of the progestin. It does NOT increase estrogen production.

My username is my username because it makes people laugh. Full stop. You want to finger wag and get all puritanical? go with god its reddit its far from unexpected.
>While I won't claim to be an expert, Plan B pills work by introducing artificial forms of a progesterone in order to simulate your body's response to already being pregnant. This in turn prevents ovulation. Estrogen isn't a part of the equation.

>Something that I read recently (that I'll just throw out there in case I need to be corrected by someone with more knowledge on the matter), but that would also mean that Plan B doesn't work if a woman is already ovulating. Which is... mildly frustrating.
Interesting. It still increases estrogen production which is pretty much how all the most modern steroids' currently work

Idle outside of Clyde’s at Chevy Chase Collection. That’s what people do - signs say 10 min parking. She can walk up escalator and reach you quickly.

Forget the game rooms and the concierges, but once you've had in-unit washer dryer it's really hard to go back from that.

Keep in mind those are in luxury buildings in prime locations, so I wouldn't say "save", but agree that the building/rooms appeal to some. And there's nothing wrong with that per se.

This is why I rent. Because I don't want to have to move to Laurel or Fredericksburg to find a lower priced mortgage. I like the city, and like waking up in the city and taking a walk on the mall and tidal basin. So if I'm not meant to be a homeowner on this earth, ce la vita.

They say apts are 751 sq on average, but I think they aggregated studio-3 bedrooms. There’s no way the average one bedroom is 751 sq in DC.

I am very sorry that you had this unpleasant experience. In any urban area it pays to be streetwise. I was robbed by teens at gunpoint in Silver Spring near Flower Street and Piney Branch Road more than a decade ago. The risk exists outside city center.

Agreed. We were in Camden Roosevelt for about a decade, which is a nice old building with in unit laundry, but didn’t have a modern vibe, a dog park, or a rooftop. The rent control was key to our survival for a long time!
