I used to work in an office across from Metro Center, and there was a guy who sat there all day everyday with his saxophone only playing one song on repeat, "Don't Stop Believin'," by Journey. It drove me crazy.

You just file a police report and state the facts that you lost your card and there were fraudulent charges, you don't have to dime out the company if you don't want to.

The CC company wants to know if you're serious about the charges being fraudulent and a police report will help show you're not lying about the charges to get free stuff.

Oh it was driving me crazy when I was looking to move a couple of years ago. Pretty much every building built in the last five years or so was advertising "one bedrooms," that were essentially just studios. The kitchens, while nice, essentially have no counter space, and they put up a couple of walls in the living space with a window at the top of the wall and a sliding door to create what is technically a very tiny one bedroom. They were priced at market rate for one bedrooms, but if you wanted a bedroom with a window that actually looked outside and not just into the living room, you had to pay an extra $300 to $500 or so.

Yes! She is enjoying new foods in last few months so sight seeing and food, rest and repeat is our plan.

So far we plan on Smithsonian(s), a Nationals’ game, the Mall and unsure of rest. Probably Capital or Arlington.

The Smithsonian museums are moving to timed tickets so definitely get those now! Are you just doing tourist stuff or do you want to visit any campuses while here?

Not really. I went to Ozuki in the summer when I was looking for the same thing OP was looking for. Those services are basically just hair masks. They wash your hair, put a hair mask on, and have you sit with the hair mask (I think under a dryer?) just like any other salon would do.

You're welcome.

If you want to take her to nice DC restaurants like Albi (linked below) then be sure to reserve in advance.

Some museums like the Air & Space museum, the Zoo, the Washington Monument, etc. require free timed entry tickets that you'll need to book in advance. The Spy Museum, popular for kids, requires paid tickets.
