They are using the high global population to their advantage. Initially they thought the solution was to cull the carbon units, however with the usd being the "global currency " of the West, they are able to distribute the inflation amongst many countries, institutions, investors, inheritors, businesses, and humanoids in general (increased cost of living).

This is by no means a solution, merely a temporary band aid, the only solution remains, the great cull.

I read that part. I know. The issue is for that "loan" you have also to do these things.

That's a big list of costs for basically a loan that you only pay back 75%. Esp. the last point that is not only about China but about ANY country the government doesn't like.
