Is that actually what they are trying to solve? Because PDT flag just forces you to keep more collateral in the account. In reality it seems they just don’t want people with small accounts day trading on margin.

Fixing the real estate market will not fix the value of the USD. Still have to pay high energy costs, utilities, and insurance.

Easiest short of all time then. FOMO crowd is left poor, and bears are the new gurus of Wall Street. Fed doesn’t cut rates because they felt cute and decided to be nice, they cut rates because at some point something breaks and it’s them trying to clean up their mess. Happens everytime they raise rates repeatedly

I secretly hope for 10-15 years of SPY chopping after which conditions finally ease and SPY hits $600 where I can unload my bags, sit in cash, and cherry pick stocks to carry into retirement as I wish.

What do you mean by "They're still printing money just slower"? I don't think you know what that means. They've been rolling off the balance sheet since early 2022, so they are certainly not printing money.

Yes but it's interest rates. Buying power is down. This article is based on lagging data

Im using it to write my work presentations - so I’m essentially getting paid for the absolute bare minimum level of effort possible. It feels like I’m using it to make gains that’s for sure 🤣

You're delusional if you think the UK voters are going to allow healthcare to be privatised.
It shows what you know when you're quoting a company that does less than £400m in turnover a year as a major player when BUPA did nearly £7b in 6 months and the NHS budget is £150b.
Only about 14% of the UK has private cover and the vast majority of that is because many companies give it you for free as an employee benefit.
