Someone should make a website that tracks analysist and what percent correct they are.

Reply to The bearish arguments of 1907. Swap earthquake with covid and many of these points could be recycled today by CreepingFog
This doesn’t apply to today’s situation:
- corporations are swimming in excessive profits; largely, regulation has not affected their ability to swindle consumers
- unemployment is really low today
- only 10-15% (of the US population) are experiencing a “high cost of living” relative to home prices. Basically, the young (18-25) and the poor.
- renewable energy is making energy way cheaper.
- WFH (Work From Home) is cheaper for workers.

Absolutely. First thing I did was tell chatgpt to create code I could use to further automate my trading. Game changer.

So I dug around and while I found a sizable amount of selling I didn’t see anyone selling their whole stake. Sorta like a lot of people cashed that out, bought houses and boats and shot you and I only dream of.

Those for sale are from British expats. Britain's Brexit caused this a few years ago. Nothing new. Just homes sitting vacant and which have been devaluing the property market with the saturation of excess homes.

If we could set up brothels just as easily today, it'd still be a good way to make money. You can't lose if you own a brothel or casino
