When your country lets in so many illegal immigrants, they’ll have to live somewhere. I’m sure that has a large role in the number.

You mean the problem all over the world that people don't want to live in small towns and move to cities driving up big city prices and leaving small towns overwhelmingly vacant?

Spain and Portugal have been seeing a rural decline for decades as the younger population moves towards the larger cities or other countries for work. This is not a reflection on recent economic situations but due to years of neglect on rural infrastructure.

I didn’t read the article but I’m curious if anyone at JP is brave enough to attach their name to this?

This is how I know without a doubt that this is a bear market rally. The world's richest man is a vaporware salesman and con artist. An absolute fraud and an imbecile to boot.

Yeah ChatGPT often fails at even basic arithmetic for this reason. It can only guess likely continuations based on similar sentences, it isn't deterministic.

Anyone can be an analyst, just say random shit, change your opinion every few days, if you are wrong change it again. No need to make excuses either, people will forget, just keep the shit coming.

>1) Short the euro against the dollar. The euro is already at risk of devaluation, and if more properties come on to the market in Europe it will put further downward pressure on prices. 2) Go long on commodities like gold and oil. If there is a global economic slowdown, demand for these assets will increase as investors seek safe havens.

time is money. PDT takes the fake daily value they inflate. to make the greedy piles seem bigger in the virtual world of investors "holding". This allows for bigger loans and money grabs..
exponential gain, like a 2 dollar tesla.
it's almost like interest rates.
give me your money, i'll collect on it, get mad at you when you take it back. killing pdt is very convenient for my royal kingdom.
time is the value.
or if they give you money, charge you because they are elite.
But if I give money, I am not allowed to charge...or trade or deal whenever I want.
meanwhile..it's ALL our money allowing them to be so special.
