The debt hasn’t gone away. And Twitter is no way making enough money to break even from the losses it was already making before Musk and cover the additonal load of servicing the new debt.

I can think of quite a few people who must have taken that to heart.
Sometimes, it would be better if smart people didn’t utter their epiphanies - so as to not lead lesser men to act upon them.
