The day US government prosecutes an American company for criminal negligence, that day, I know in my heart, my time has come to ask Charlize Theron out, on a food truck date, and end that date in a cheap motel.

There is nothing new under the sun, there is always some shit happening in the world and yet the US stock market has always persevered.

- Excessive prosperity is a cause of the 1907 Panic because it results in people becoming overextended and taking on too much debt. This can lead to defaults and foreclosures, which can trigger a financial crisis.
- High cost of living is a cause of the 1907 Panic because it increases the costs of goods and services, which makes it more difficult for consumers to make ends meet. This can lead to decreased spending, which can hurt businesses and trigger a recession.
- Readjustment of values to higher rates of interest is a cause of the 1907 Panic because it makes borrowing more expensive, which can discourage investment and consumption spending. This can lead to economic contraction and job losses, setting off a downward spiral in economic activity

I'm also still weary about going long still. This is how I trade so if you think it's dumb, that's fine. But even though 4hr wave is starting to make a bullish cross, it still hasn't hit the green buy zone for me. So I still see another attempt to break 390.
But yeah, looking like another tricky week of chop trading unless we get some follow through one way or the other.

Yes, it always comes with a big lag. I suspect Q3 is when they will be felt and the shit will hit the fan.

Reply to Max short $11.5K worth of NVDA with conviction. Macro trend is with me, basic conditions are in my favor, and there are men who are wrong. by september72020507pm
Your risk is with every man and his dog announcing they are offering AI in their shitty products, which immediately translates to 'nvda profits' in all the brains of idiots because, of course, it means they will be spending yuuuuge money on nvda cards..
That's, unfortunately, how people think, and every time some Tom dick and Harry mentions AI nvda can run up.
I do agree with you, just stating what can trip up the thesis.

They got the legal protections when you hit accept.
And 5 years or more? Statute of limitations would be gone.
What would they sue for?

I mean it rode up 20% in one day before it skyrocketed even farther back in 2021. Sure it will crash but why would you not be happy to ride a stock high make some good money that you would never make on a regular trade and hope out and host it immediately after. I mean it’a honestly easy to play if you arnt emotional with your gains. Be disciplined.

To be fair I'd do that given even half an opportunity. But I'm cheap, so I'd exclude the food truck. And the motel.
