Well, good news is you're too young for court. Bad news is the moment you "head toward" and initiate the attack you're fully to blame for your actions. Depending on the school and how far that kid's guardian push it, you're looking at suspension to expel. Best you can do now is gathering every evidence you got of the bullying and let your mom know so she know the full picture and be prepared for the meeting. Don't let your mom go in there unprepared, she can't defend you without knowing what's going on and got ambushed with their version of events.

Sorry you feel this way bud. But this sounds to me like the beginning of you working on yourself. You treated her poorly and there’s a reason for that, it’s up to you to find out what it is and fix it. If you don’t you’ll just keep repeating this cycle over and over. It’s also extremely unfair of you to stake your happiness on her. Being the sole reason for someone else’s happiness isn’t as cute and romantic as people think. It puts a lot of unjust pressure on her and you owe it to her and any future relationships to at least be able to be happy on your own

When my cat Nara (like the city) was a kitten, I had a hard time trying to figure it out. He ended up being male.

I'm now having the same issue with our newest kitten Kazuha (named after the male Genshin character and the female LE SSERAFIM member). I used a gender-neutral(?) name on purpose.

That is correct. His safety system is subject to recall for being defective.

Are you the guy who sleeps on the mattress with a factory label still attached? I've heard of you 🤣

You can remove it now.

That’s for occupant safety. Cars nowadays have seat mat sensors to deactivate from passenger airbags to prevent injury for small passengers.

Any modern car will not allow you disable the safety system easily, especially just by pulling a fuse. Not to mention most will store permanent fault codes that need a scan tool to reset if you tamper with the system.
