Not really. It’s still a good show though, and you can skip entire episodes within a season and not really miss anything (in a good way)

I don’t know how people feel yet I still feel like I’m going to make people mad but, I’m not a fan of Better Call Saul’s theme. I just doesn’t go with the show imo

That explains why it's so good then, also the Executive Producer is the writer of the books too, so it's very close to source material.

The Taxi theme song is one of my favorite pieces of music in general. It always brings me back to that vibe where I can take it easy for a minute and calibrate a little.

Sounds about right. Maybe I did too many drugs in college to remember all those details. But, cerulean blue, I remember.

Best intro songs: The OC, Smallville, Bosch, The Punisher, Firefly, Whiskey Cavalier, Veronica Mars, Peacemaker.
It's funny how great intro songs are always in great shows.
Honorable mention: Game of Thrones

Was originally Friday nights, if you were watching the early seasons live.

No. Loved it in the early seasons, but it went way off the rails even before Duchovny left.

This. Just don’t expect much out of the main narrative and enjoy all the short stories along the way

But of course the producers refused to bring her back in the sequel.

Right star, wrong show.
You're thinking of Fall Guy.

I think it's monumentally unlikely... but not quite impossible.
Edit - I think Disney could genuinely be keeping its options open, because we're at such a weird fork in the road for streaming etc

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennium_(TV_series)
Millennium is an American television series created by Chris Carter (creator of The X-Files), which aired on Fox from October 25, 1996, to May 21, 1999. The series follows the investigations of ex-FBI agent Frank Black (Lance Henriksen), now a consultant, with the ability to see inside the minds of criminals, working for a mysterious organization known as the Millennium Group.

it's a worthy distraction.

Yes , but no one will blame you skipping over the Doggett & Reyes episodes. I usually skip over them when I rewatch The X Files
