Idk didn't they get beat to the punch with Gaslit? Isn't it pretty much focusing on the exact same people? I know HBO is always quality, but I'm skeptical that any take that in the current culture won't be able to resist essentially saying Nixon is just like Trump or paved the way for him which I can't see being an interesting take.

Nixon is a fascinating person and I think an anti hero take from his perspective like in Frost Nixon would be more interesting. Or just presenting everyone as snake and maybe giving Nixon some credit for resigning rather than burning it all down.

In Sons of Anarchy a school shooting happens at the beginning of the season and its a big thing, with Jax deciding to take the fall for it at the end of the season, only for it to be dropped completely in the last season and Jax and the club focused completely on revenge for Taras death.

Because walking dead is a far more realistic apocalyptic situation than tlou. Rebuttal if I’m wrong but after twenty years of collapse, i feel there would be no quarantine zones that would remain standing, especially with five different types of zombies that hunt yo ass down lolll. Also some ppl care more about this but tlou characters look so groomed and hygienic, after 20 years? Hahaha for a budget like tlou I would enjoy some more grit and grossness ALONG with its centeal theme of love and beauty and whatever yall continue on about. Also I feel ppl miss the mark with twd. Its extreme yes, but thats the point. In life when we feel that ALL is lost and hopeless, there are still slivers of beauty and hope, again I think twd and tlou do this well.
