Sharp Objects is one of those shows I put on my watchlist but forgot about until just this moment lol So thanks for the reminder.

Early part of season 4, I was done. Menendez dying, Sean getting together with Lea and Sean's freakout in Season 2 episode 10. Also by Season 4 I didn't like Sean anymore and thought he was a horrible Doctor that should have stayed in research.

These were all major events that made me start to dislike the show and by Season 4 I was out.

I’d argue the opposite. This guy is your kind of d-list star who people will know but his credits are pretty rough. Emily the criminal was good but it had nothing to do with him.

I forgot about that one. It was pretty bad. I enjoyed that book but it was probably my least favorite. And the premise is so outlandish that it really only works as a book.

Dark Places was the only adaptation of her work that was a miss

Same with Gone Girl by the same author.

The cast for this is getting stacked! Loved this guy in Luke Cage. He can be a total douche in the most charming way possible.

I rewatched it recently and knowing how it ended I felt it could have been an episode shorter, but I kind of like the slow nature of it. The atmosphere of that show is so uncomfortable and they kind of make you stew in it. I can feel the humid air when I watch that show.

Don't forget that they also ripped off the plot of Wrath of Khan, another episode of TNG where Picard had a secret badboy son, and that DS9 episode where changelings already infiltrated Starfleet.

This is Sci-Fi. Show me something new.
