30 Rock's jazzy score was done by Tina Fey's husband and it's very good.

If we're talking about music in general through the show rather than just the intro - The Korean High Fantasy series Arthdal Chronicles. Some stunning, music, throughout, the show. It was also kinda like watching a JRPG (even if Korean).
Also the Alice in borderland score is pretty powerful. Some intros that are solid also:
Babylon Berlin intro captures the art, the deco, the decadence and the violence of what the viewer knows is going to come of that time period.
Black Sails just perfect
Raised by Wolves I was hit and miss on this in many ways, but this intro is great - albeit I think slightly misleading as to its overall tone.
Pennyworth I thought S1 was a bit silly, but what an intro.
Happiness This is just fun, and fits the show brilliantly
See also isn't bad

Bear McCreary was the first time I ever actually looked up who did the score on a TV show.
Prelude to War is just an amazing track on its own. You would never guess it came from a basic cable sci-fi show.

The Bewitched x-over was because it was on the same network as the Flintstones (ABC) and from the same parent studio (Screen Gems). Gerry Johnson (Betty) appeared on Bewitched during its 1st season. You'd have to look quick, as she appears at the end of "A Vision of Sugar Plums" w/Bill Daily to adopt Bill Mumy's character. So, Dick York & Elizabeth Montgomery agreed to return the favor and do the x-over the following season.

Anything by Bear McCreary is going to be excellent, Battlestar Galactica being my personal favorite.
Snuffy Walden's score for the West Wing is great.
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine had a great score, particularly in later seasons. Really all the Trek shows have been solid in the music department.

Invincible was definitely not 2022. Expanse had the final two episodes in 2022, so I guess it’s technically a 2022 show, but I doubt many people count it as a 2022 show.

Shows from 2022 not in your top 35 that I would recommend: Strange New Worlds, Lower Decks, The Boys, Invincible, and The Expanse.

Reply to comment by bravetailor in I just noticed when thinking of the popular modern sitcoms vs the popular sitcoms of the early/pre 2000s, many of the older ones used to be more centered around friends just hanging while modern are workplace set. Why do you think this is? by 3kool5you
Sure but it's also how you use the internet. Introverted, shy, or awkward people were always going to have a hard time forming relationships, and shallow self centred people would have a hard time keeping them. But I've amassed friends in dozens of countries with relationships the have lasted more than a decade because we could keep in touch online. People that I met for a week when travelling have become lifelong friends because I can keep up to date with them, see photos of their lives, chat or message them multiple times a week on social media. Before that a couple random long distance calls or post cards would have never been possible to keep up that kind of connection. Through the pandemic I made more friends than ever on random discord servers for various creators and hobbies. I saw people fall in love and move across the country to be with the partners they met there, who they spent months talking to each other daily, or sharing late night watch parties, posting pics of their meals, sharing stories of their hardship, venting about work etc. I built connections with people who shared my interests and random obsessions. People that I never would have met before. Or never could have kept in contact with had we been relying on old school telephone calls or letters. These are all friends I could message day or night and who would be there for me whenever I needed. We've had multiple meetups irl, in multiple countries. Getting together to go to events or just so we could all hang out for real.
People who feel a lack of connection 'because of the internet' were never going to put in the work to get to know or care about other people. They would only hang around people who were convenient and in close proximity. Which is exactly what I said in my last post. The internet is full of opportunities, but not everyone wants to take advantage of them. And that's their loss.
