You’re comparing a high fantasy with a yeehaw America drama. Isn’t it obvious why one would be talked about around American water coolers and the other wouldn’t?

The idea of “gender swapping” anything is so stupid.

I wouldn't mind seeing Alias rebooted. That show was so good at the start with it's original concept then devolved into a complete mess.

I feel like on the scale of "The Witcher" to "House of the Dragon," the public is lumping it more in the Witchening camp.
I don't think it's anywhere near that much of a lost cause, but I do think it'll have work twice as hard in season 2 to convince people otherwise.

He was just on the Graham Norton Show last week & appeared to be fairly drunk, it was pretty cringey to watch unfortunately. Had been looking forward to seeing him on Graham, so it was kind of a let down. Maybe he was nervous to be on the show & needed liquid courage or something.

Yea I imagine there are a ton of people that never gave the show a chance because there's just too many seasons. Still, I'm happy for Jensen and Jared. They loved working on the show and not many get solid work for 15 years.

I watched season 6, eventually. My husband watched every episode. Occasionally he would have me watch episodes that I would 'love' and he was mostly right - if I treated it like fan fiction and not canon. Scoobynatural was HIGHLY entertaining.

The text should inform the audience (who largely won’t be Tolkien experts) that this is something a First Age elf would do. The way it looks in the show comes off silly to an average viewer.

It's the 23rd anniversary of Marilyn Manson covering the MASH theme song.
Edit: I'm trying to determine if I keep getting downvotes because:
A) I linked to Marliyn Manson's awful cover of the MASH theme.
B) I made people aware of Marilyn Manson's awful cover of the MASH theme.
C) I made people aware of how old they are by telling them how old Marilyn Manson's awful cover of the MASH theme is.

You have a point, but I personally think it's just a solid show for any network (specifically season 1-5). There is a super cringe part of the fandom that overlaps with The Arrow fans that think that stuff was good. I gave The Arrow a shot after hearing the accolades and it was the most meh piece of TV. The latter years of SPN catered extremely hard to these cringe fans (where the early seasons actually made fun of them). I honestly think Twitter/Tumbler fandoms have ruined many shows because a show gets popular so creators turn to the internet to see what the fans are saying and the most hardcore ones are living there creating the absolute dumbest piece of fanfic possible with everyone praising it.
The WB/CW was a good melodrama network for teens and young adults and then it turned into PG13 Nickelodeon shows.

Really? The few clips I saw on YouTube looked good, but it wasn't the whole show. The whole kiss "swerve" bit was a bit dicey when he and Helen Mirren actually tried it. idk how they felt about it, but I always feel weird when talk show guest get involved in any sort of touchy-feely or sexual shenanigans (bc it's hard to consent on live talk show), unless they are actually v close and touchy-feel-y irl. Other than that it looked good to me, maybe buzzed but he just struck me as his usual goofy, gregarious self. But sometimes I don't notice until it's pointed out to me.
