Arguably she didn't start out that way, though. It was through being around Barry that her more ruthless side came out. When we first meet her she's a funny, awkward struggling actress with a pretty average moral compass.

Because they buried the release.
That's getting worse and worse when something will get picked up by one particular streaming service. At least when a film only got a release in a handful of theaters for two weeks it could pick up a following on video. Now they're stuck on some niche service to die. Even if you're interested, most people are subscribing just for one thing. So that further hurts the word of mouth that cult hits need to propagate.

There is a middle ground between Season 1 of the Witcher in which they absolutely do have too many "proper nouns" introduced for most viewers, and then whatever it was that they gave us. The key is being a good writer, so, ya know...

They would have struggled a lot less if they had thrown out less.
The writers took out a lot, but they seemed to disregard the difficulty of writing plot to replace what they cut.
Dondarrion being just an extra sword is a result of the writers cutting the end of his story and then having to come up with more for him to do.
Maybe if they had let him die bringing back Stoneheart, we wouldn't have had to suffer through the "seven dudes try to capture a zombie for some reason" plot line. Beric would be dead, Thoros and Gendry would be with the Brotherhood under Stoneheart.

I was like wow, he looks old, when I saw the grey streaks and then died when they were fake

I'm sad Confess Fletch flew under the radar so much. It's a great film and John Hamm is awesome in it.

To be fair, he did tell us all "Fly? yes. Land, no." like 40 years ago.

i think its something closer to the road. not to spoil but the show takes place a lot further in than most shows. its not about the fall of civilization its a very intimate/character focused story about how people deal with their trauma and learn to live again after spending a long time just surviving. its not super action packed. i know that makes it sound cheesy but its not lol

Amazing show that aired on a streaming service not a damn person uses. It even got a season 2 order but AMC was like "jk lol".

>When you say "I like this character" it's assumed to be about the person they portray.
That's a big assumption. Maybe stop making it.
Then again, maybe it's me who's the weirdo, but I never mean it like that (or assume other people to).

Yeah, but this is a bit different from most. The season is literally completed. It could be aired immediately. There is no further production that needs to be done unless they wanted to make another season. I'd be stoked about that, but I at least hope someone buys the rights to air season 2.

Likeable characters don't have to be likeable people.

Low key, Sansa had the best and most consistent arc of the entire series.
