The smaller guys were able to choose the arena, it wasn‘t predetermined. Also, the only way for the bigger guy to hide the ball is because the smaller guys messed up and didn‘t retrieve the ball properly but ran over it. That‘s just their fault

On the Sand court, there was no choice but to brawl. The smaller guys may have had the ability to run and dodge on the obstacle course, but they were stopped anyway because the huge guys threw the ball in the corner and made them brawl for it...

It was not only a fun musical but had also a shocking revelation at the end, which was the high point of this season. This was also the last episode where Whedon was heavily involved (he wrote the music and directed it) outside of directing the finale. Think of him what your will now, but after he "left" the show became very mediocre.

I thought Pennywise was another Dandelo like the creature Roland meets; that one fed off laughter rather than fear. Never heard of Pennywise being the Crimson King, though.

Would be cool to see this be the start of a cinematic King universe. Seems like Castle Rock was trying to do that on Hulu; shame it got cancelled.
