I figured this would be the one show to survive the HBO Max purge, since it’s so highly acclaimed.

Would be happy to see Lena Dunham get devoured by a clown.

I think some of the episodes have been hit and miss a little bit but overall I'm loving this show. So happy to see it renewed and that Peacock is taking a chance on a more classic style of storytelling.

Reply to Why do we always blame streaming services for cancelling shows but never the showrunner/writers for writing cliffhangers? by [deleted]
At least one showrunner, the Warrior Nun guy, said he had to argue for the final (post credit) scene because Netflix wanted him to end on the previous one, which would have left the show cancelled on a cliffhanger instead of an open ending.
So it's something Netflix still seems to be responsible for.

I’m so glad that she’s recovering well. We need to keep her around another 30 years or so.
Jean Smart is a national treasure.

The best I've seen was Sharp Objects and molly/ecstasy.

I kinda want to see another take on Pennywise. I like Bill as an actor, but I don't find his Pennywise scary.

The one in the nursing home was an absolute gem. The way the story changes depending on who's presenting was so, so good.

Why do we blame anyone in the industry instead of the people who aren't watching the shows?

Unpopular opinion? Have you been anywhere on Reddit for any amount of time in the past year? It's also not like there's much conpetition, this and TLOU are like the only videogame based shows (or movies for that matter, afaik) that aren't terrible. TLOU didnt even finish dropping its first season yet.
Both have tons of room to go down the drain

I loved the MAGA dog sequence in episode 3. I was laughing so hard my sides hurt. Lyonne plays the part extremely well. The last few episodes have been less funny, however. Still, the show has great potential.

It's quite good. I only have Peacock because I get it free through my cable provider. I've watched a few shows on there but most of their original content hasn't looked great so far. This one is one I was excited for and really like it so far. Classic mystery of the week show with really good directing and Natasha Lyonne is so likeable.

Acid is a helluva drug. It's one of those things you have to experience to begin to understand, and every trip is different. Even within a single trip, there are notably different chapters. The best I can describe it is being a child again. You're more connected with the universe around you and all of your brain, but you're never 100% certain what's going on. Everything is magnified... good, bad, and ugly.
You'll be thinking several trains of thought concurrently until you focus on one, and the rest disappear into the aether. You think so much, and in ways you normally don't. This causes you to examine yourself and your relationships in ways you normally don't.
There's nothing else like it... the intensity and power of strong lsd can't be contained by experience or force of will, and it will last 10 hours so you'd better be right with yourself.
That said, doing something you love on acid is the best thing ever. W/e it is; writing, playing music, any kind of art, I'm sure left brain stuff too... you'll find new and interesting ways to do it.
