Are you running on the minimum settings lol. So many people don't even have their PC set up properly and this is why they experience issues in games. Have windows fighting Nvidia software fighting some other 3rd party software vs the game. Have a quad core processor with multi threading disabled. Etc.

Wait times (if any) are under a month unless you’re trying to buy a model x. Seeing as that’s a $100k car, I can’t imagine it has that many people actually waiting for a model x.
