Don’t worry - the upcoming 1 million dollar fine on 60 billion in profits will convince them to change their ways and follow the law.

He thought they were helping individual criminals get away with their crimes, which is something that a strangely high proportion of Reddit seems to favor.

Not really. They are actually deleted. If you mean ip logs. There isn't such a thing. People could have taken screenshots but they didn't.

A large percentage of companies are either already forcing most worker into the office for at least 3 days or they plan to implement that this year.

If I have to come into the office, as in it’s mandatory to come in, there better be a fucking desk with my name on it. My current company has us on a desk rotation and it’s frustrating as fuck. If you miss a day in the office you’re supposed to make it up, but we don’t have a desk for someone to sit in if it’s their “off day”, so we have people all over the lobby, in the break rooms, and in hallways trying to work. It’s bullshit.
If the work can be done from home, then let people work from home. If you’re going to force people into the office, have space for them to work. It’s not that hard.

Are you a time traveler from the 1800s or are you just old? This is a really old metaphor dating back to pre WWI.

Know your rights! These are your rights! All three of them.
-
You have the right not to be killed. Murder is a crime. Unless it was done by a policeman or an aristocrat.
-
You have the right to food money. Providing, of course, you don't mind a little investigation, humiliation.
-
You have the right to free speech. As long as, you're not dumb enought to actually try it.
RIP Joe Strummer

We already have lousy robots to do the dishes..they run about $500.
It was actually invented in 1850, but didnt become commonly used until the 1950s, yet still a luxury item until the 1970s.
Robo-scarlet otoh, that would probably not have nearly as long an adoption timeframe.

No, that’s not possible (at least not yet).
But you can prompt ChatGPT to write polymorphic malware that escapes existing detection tools and will bounce around the internet and infect any system that isn’t up-to-date on its patches (there are lots and lots and lots of systems like this).
