Have you tried that? AirTags are the one thing not shareable via family.

No, it’s not, if they’re on a family account.

You mean different people have different needs? Wtf?
People who need things that are different from you are stupid, amiright?

Also, you don't even know what you are talking about.
Fi collars are free... You pay for the subscription. That's it. It's not $200 plus a subscription.
It's just a subscription.
Where did you even get those prices???

That would just change the problem from one person to the other. Fundamentally AirTags are a broken experience for any situation that involves two or more humans.

Reply to TikTok, Zoom Apps Coming to 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class' Massive Superscreen by SaintBiggusDickus
Gross. Mercedes owners want an Apple screen not this gross non-Apple pleb stuff. Let's be honest, if Mercedes made Daimlernet as their exclusive, $100/mo paid communications platform with verified checkmarks they'd get a lot of buyers. Daimlernet would also be useful for Freightliner (a Mercedes product) as a built-in ELD, smog and weight compliance device. A lot of trucking companies would by a Daimlernet radio relay mesh network for guaranteed communication to trucks, and Mercedes could leverage this to bootstrap self-driving vehicles.
Instead we got flossing, angry birds and livestreamed porn.

All the execs at my previous corporate company joined zoom meetings with video on from their drive. Not a care for no mobile devices while driving law

Then 1 of 2 things needs to happen. He needs to de-register it from his account, and she needs to register it, or they need to get a new fucking AirTag.

I can't tell if you are trying to be a dick about it or not, but nintendo had household franchises while the gravy seals were still on the tit and when Kratos was just a swimmer in his papas pond.
Everyone was making "childish" games, you had spyro chilling with pokemon and Link, the difference is the kids grew up and started to prefer make believe shootups instead of the make believe pocket monsters. Nintendo also has its own brand of weird maturity that seeps through sometimes like in the metroid and zelda games.
Nintendo just never changed its business model, because why fix what isn't broken?

Google is an asleep-at-the-wheel monopoly. I know so many people that have gone there for $400K+ salaries and do nothing pretty much every day.

I have a dog that always falls asleep with me on the bed then ends up on the floor by the time I wake up. Every time. Then my other one always sleeps in the room on the dog bed we originally bought for the other dog ... lol. Then the other dog bed lies empty. I have contemplated removing it but I'm afraid of what may happen if I do

You can’t register AirTags on multiple accounts or share them with family. That is exactly the missing feature.

From the fucking article:
> My partner and I could always open a Family Sharing iCloud, or a joint account that connects our devices. If we did that, I would unlock an option to cancel notifications for Rosie’s AirTag. We currently have separate accounts, though, and aren’t interested in fully merging our clouds.
