So since they bailed.... did a lil research and so math and the answer is..... Total return = $600 x 4533% / 100%
Total return = $27,198
got the number based on a article that stated the returns for 3k in 07

I am not defending anyone. I am suggesting that you speculate without evidence. While that’s everyone right, of course, it’s important to separate speculation from facts.

You don’t need permission to read, memorise, analyse, synthesise, learn from, paraphrase, praise or criticise copyrighted text. You need permission to reproduce it. It isn’t obvious to me that a statistical model would need to reproduce the data it is studying.

IMO…In my world… Things on social media ( I.e… Facebook/ Twitter / Instagram / Tic-Toc / etc…) are simply a distraction for when I have some downtime. I’ve lived over 50 years prior without it, I can certainly live the rest of my life without it. They go to charging… I’ll be gone with the wind lol

"you have to understand the limitations of the model" should be the singular response to every one of these stupid articles

Because of course the corporations are gonna be honest about their motives for invading privacy and basic human rights.
"speculation without evidence" is a really nice catch all to defend any and all corporations for their corruption, greed, and violation of rights.

I feel like the catch is that if you had enough money to do that then it's better to just invest elsewhere. Not as fun though!

It’s the people running the subs doing the banning though not the owners of Reddit personally singling out discourse he dislikes.

What they're dumping money into now on this front are AI enhanced search engines, which are complimentary to the content they're training on.

I asked ChatGPT for some info. Then I asked it for links to find more about the topic. Each link it provided was bogus and did not resolve to a page.

I worked for an AT&T retail store during the exploding note 7 era. I had a customer who never opened the seal on their note 7 so they refused to return it after the recall because they were convinced it would be worth money one day.

Multiple layers of security is completely standard, and necessary in practice as demonstrated many times.

Not really, if you’re referring to “forcedentry” i.e. the Pegasus zero-click exploit. That exploited a part of the flow that was, at the time, outside BlastDoor (and is now inside).
