Reply to Brett Favre files defamation lawsuit against Shannon Sharpe, Pat McAfee and Shad White. by BCLetsRide69
Defamation cases are notoriously difficult to win
-
You have to prove the person KNOWINGLY spread false information
-
You have to prove that they INTENDED the defamation of character
How you do both is beyond me in this case

Reply to comment by ManInBlack829 in From a newspaper in 2005: A 9-year-old Patrick Mahomes predicted that the Eagles would beat the Patriots 35-28 in Super Bowl XXXIX by IrwinRSchyster1
I watched but don’t remember as it was so long ago but he did have 3 interceptions, without those Eagles would of had to win. Now idk if they were tipped balls or how they were intercepted but that’s huge.

Let’s distinguish between poorly run charities and grifts like this where more than half is just going straight to pockets

Remember most the real money comes from merchandising rights. They don't even have to make anything they just get paid by people who want to use their logo/name.

IR Baboon, MacGyver, The Guyver. I wanted to find a name that I would never have to change or add numbers to in order to create an account. It's worked so far and no one's stolen it. Been using it since 1998 and the AOLIM days.
