Are you serious?

Apparently not knowing who owns the buffalo bills (a sport only followed/participated) in 1 country out of 200 some on this earth, and someone who has won 2 singles titles in women’s tennis since turning pro in 2009 is grounds to be called ignorant.

They’ll win the next WC, FIFA is pretty much bigger scale WWE, everything is staged for economic gain.

Look at Copa America, there’s probably 90% chance the host country wins so they can keep the stadiums packed and sell more crap unless there is a large country nearby (small % of fans willing to travel is still large due to a large population), then those countries win.

They don’t need co-hosts but it helps drive appeal to the bid. Helping 2 smaller countries by footing the bill looks good on them. They are still hosting 75% of the tournament. Not having to build stadiums to host all the opening round games will also probably save them money and there’s a chance they can use existing infrastructure in the other countries.
