Altered Carbon (2018) - It's a far future a sci-fi action show, but it does deal with concepts like AI or what would it mean to be able to "upload/copy" your conciseness.

Her does a great job at building up to the transcendence of AI post singularity. Where it's just so far advanced that it just becomes this foreign abstract intelligent being just existing in the digital aether which we can't even comprehend any longer.

The whole underlying theme of "cookies" completely fucks with my head. It's a concept I explored under a heavy dose of DMT, then watching it in the show just leads me down rabbits holes of thought.
But the concept that we can just create infinite instances of someone's consciousness and artificially simulate it is just such a wild thing to think about. The applications, the horrors, the benefits, the philosophical implications. To me, that's the most profound.

You can't just say Black Mirror or Dust for AI because there are a lot of other topic which those anthologies cover. If you pick out certain episodes that would be better.
