Reply to comment by The8thHammer in Korean BBQ - we like Korean Garden and Seoul for Korean takeout, but we’ve not been to a BBQ sit down. I know Korean Garden does BBQ, any other recommendations? by ImplementEven1196
This is the unfortunate answer, highly recommend SŌ

Setback in Henrico is 3’ from property line. I looked this up a month ago for my future shed.

That assumes at least 10 people come out.

Kinda hard to get hold of locally.

17%, 300 dollars. I wrote an email with the problems we’ve had, and they responded back that they submitted a Rent negotiation/reduction request to management. Hopefully we get something out of that, I’m not very optimistic though. Still saving and waiting for the right moment to get a house, this may accelerate our home-buying process considerably.

normal left turns. Those really shouldn't be commuter roads, it prioritizes people who live in the burbs over people who live in the city. Commuters should be on the highways

favorite? We need a better word for the certainty. Even his opponent describes it as such, and said he was running just because he thought one person on the ballot was undemocratic.
I predict Bagby gets 90% of the vote.

I wonder if that’s Richmond-specific. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a larger trend, but the outrageous real estate tax increases in Richmond have got to be driving the rents up. I can’t imagine landlords aren’t passing those new expenses directly on to the tenants.

There’s one coming on AA Blvd near the Wawa. Some other locations in the area too. https://richmondbizsense.com/2022/01/03/chicken-finger-chain-raising-canes-plans-to-move-up-in-pecking-order/
Also, this place is terrible. Just order tendies and fries from a Stella’s Grocery location that offers them when the craving strikes. You’ll support a local business and get a much better product.

My strategy for this person is to say in a really loud obnoxious voice “Oh hey I remember you from DC!” Seems to trigger a modicum of shame that their schtick takes place in multiple cities. Passed me by last time I did that.
