Now it’s a kid sized hole and kids are more durable. Problem solved.

That’s weird. I didn’t know brooms could only be used by white folk or were geo-locked by the Ministry of Cleanliness upon entering certain areas, like rented scooters get temporarily disabled, and their bristles just up and vanish when they’re taken into those areas.
Also, if new-to-the-area Black folk move into these gentrified areas and buy homes (which does happen), do you include them in that weird pejorative nickname in quotes?
What is it that these gentrifiers deserve? Dirty streets where brooms don’t work and people lose all drive to keep things nice?

We went before catching a play at the rep and everything about it was bad to mediocre at best. It was our family Christmas outing and I felt I’d let the side down. Shouldn’t have trusted the Yelp ratings.

Okay I reread and are right…I apologize. What confused me is where you put signal instead of sign my mistake!

You ever try to push an ambulance stretcher or wheelchair on cobblestone? Gtfoh dude. Modern surfaces are more accommodating and cause less damage to vehicles.

Because they didn’t care when it was black people cars that were being damaged by the roads, only when people on a higher tax bracket with lighter skin say something does it matter!

Sad when mostly us black people lived here, non of these streets even seen a broom. Now that the “superior race” has inhabited Richmond, stuff getting fixed. Uhh I can’t wait until gentrifiers get what they deserve.

I had never seen it before I moved to Richmond. It boggled my mind. It still boggles my mind. Who thought cardboard was a good siding material?

yeah, I thought they actually increased the reveal from roof in snowbelt? Can't remember offhand.
I would bet you were right on historic ex-CAR permission, but I bet you could get boral through as the reveals and shadow lines are better.
Current cypress sucks as much as hardie

Politicians have mostly sold their souls by the time they get to the White House.
Obama was a charismatic person, a great diplomat and arguably one of the better presidents we've had in decades, but he also bombed the fuck out of Afghanistan, even after having antiwar stances early in his career and presidency.
'Top Cop' (a title she gave herself as prosecutor in California), Kamala Harris has always been a 'law and order' politician who did very little to reform policing in California when she was in office there.
It's been said that one of 'the solutions' to better policing in America is to have a more diverse police force, but it seems that cops are cops; most of the people involved in Otieno's homicide were Black, and the cops who killed Tyre Nichols were all Black; it made no difference in how the victims were treated.

Just a head's up that during academy, Henrico Sherriff's Deputies already get focused mental health training, including 40 hours of crisis intervention training:

It amazes me that these idiots are still getting paid. I'm not sure why we need a criminal conviction to acknowledge that these seven deputies shouldn't be anywhere near the job they were doing. At least the Dinwiddie Commonwealth's Attorney is doing what's right.

Is there an apartment below you? I'm asking because our apartment gets hot as hell from our downstairs neighbors having their heat on. When they go out of town and turn the heat off it's much more tolerable. Heat rises. Maybe that's why it's so hot in your place?

FWIW, the buses are free. If you ever need to do anything at City Hall you can park anywhere near a Pulse station and ride to the Government Center stop. Super easy.
