The concept of going up to someone and hitting on them is sort of weird to me. Like there are tons of women I find attractive, but how many would I mesh with?

But yeah, if I had talked to someone a few times, or at least one longer convo, I could see feeling it out on going further.

What lines do guys spit at you?

Edit: heh, not me shooting my shot but I was like "dsm5lovechild? That version has only been out like a decade, who's hitting on her!?"

You should just try to have fun. If you want to talk to her and have a reason to say something, do it. If you are just talking because she is attractive...she gets that all the time. If you are having fun, sure. Otherwise, you are just gonna stress out a rando because you don't know that attractive women should really just be treated like everybody else.

Tell me about it. It's nuts. One of the two on the 1500 block of Carlisle is under contract already at that price (which kinda blew my mind), which maybe makes sense because it's all new construction, but the one next to it was renovated and I figured it would start much lower than the new one.

The houses on the western side of Fulton (divided by Williamsburg Rd) tend to go for more than the eastern side, generally speaking.

Fulton was one of the last pockets of sorta cheap houses in north-of-the-river Richmond and it's been discovered by homebuyers and investors (landlords) who snap things up for crazy money.

I watched them do their thing in Carytown without helmets a few months ago. You know what I call the atv riders doing such extreme wheelies that they're making sparks with their back ends? Organ donors. They're ridiculously lucky that none of them have died by now.

More like the mayor discourages officers from enforcing things when it garners him political points ("why are they harassing black youth?" "There are more important things to enforce/investigate" etc.). It isn't until either a) he is inconvenienced himself, or b) it happens publicly and he is forced by constituents to demand action. Can guarantee if one of them had crashed and died while fleeing he'd be screeching for punishment.

God I’ve seen a huge group of these people, was about to go straight through a green light out of lowes at midday when the group came from the left going miles above the limit and running a red light, dumbasses are lucky I wasn’t 0.5 seconds ahead of where I was already in drive cause they’d have fucking killed themselves on my car.

This reads like the only reason police got involved was because the mayor called. What about everyone else who's been dealing with it? Do the actual residents of Richmond not matter?
