Yeah, we're at the point in the market where buyers have cabin fever, so the first warm weather they are ready to run out and see houses, but the sellers aren't ready. Then sellers will put their homes on the market, but it'll be bad weather and slow open houses. :)

We are going to see what happens tomorrow based off what happens tonight. I have. A friend who really wants to go out for St. Patrick’s so I’m going with him. Should be interesting. Ideally I’d like to get some fishing in this weekend.

Another use it or lose it day off. I have planned to ride the motorbike, but been up with a pup with unhappy stomach. As usual planned WAY to much to do. Went to Bingo Beer last night. All the pinballs worked!

Getting my house back in order after a major construction project. And in case you think those sewer line insurance things you get are annoying - get it, you will massively regret it if you don’t. Trust me

Have you considered the Stadium neighborhood? Easy to pop onto 195 to get to the airport.

Saw this on Zillow, for example: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/706-S-Nansemond-St-Richmond-VA-23221/12552117_zpid/

Thanks for the heads up 😂 haven't heard of it but I may try! I did try the new one next to the Funny Bone in short pump. If it wasn't in short pump I'd go there often! $20 for unlimited gaming.

ETA: after googling it seems I was thinking about the exact thing you said. Draftcade is pretty great.

Good luck! There isn't a lot on the market right now, but a LOT more should be hitting the market later this month. Definitely check out neighborhoods, even if there aren't homes for sale yet, that way if something does come up, you'll be more confident about the area, and you'll be ready to move quickly if you like the house.

Check out the 'sold' homes from the past 12 months to find areas in your price range that may not have listings available currently.
