Just an FYI for the March Madness crowd, Wood & Iron is not doing happy hour today (didn’t do it yesterday either) most likely due to the tournament. Kinda dumb but it is what it is…

Hello kitty food truck will be in town at some point tomorrow. Also drinks and games at the local barcade(hoping they've fixed the games...)

Go tour some houses and hope I can leave the purgatory of home buying soon.

Anyone got thoughts on Fulton Hill? I don't know much about the neighborhood except that it's close to Churchill.

I'm looking for a neighborhood with trees, where I can have easy access to a coffee shop and good dog walking streets. And semi close to the airport and under 400k. Any recs?

Nothing too exciting this weekend. Going to be planting a bunch of seeds, getting the outdoor rows cleaned up and ready to plant, and fixing/adding some irrigation lines.

Sunday afternoon ill be yelling into the void while I try to put frost cloth on all my fruit trees again. These back and forth temp swings are brutal.

I'm not one of these people who is 100% against single family homes, even though them being this close to the CBD is sort of a travesty, and I'm not complaining about the price, but I think it's tough to call this project high density. Sure, it's higher density than the suburbs, and the parking lot it was before of course, but those are pretty low bars.

This was a missed opportunity for the city and housing stock.
