Looks cool! But come on, we both know no one driving in that circle is going to actually stop for peds trying to cross.

Yes! Maybe a statue of the former police chief right next to him as well.

Very cool! I like how you ran the bus lanes under the roundabout. Now all you need to top it off is a Lavar Stony statue in the middle. 😂

God I love this (even though the bus lanes won't ever happen due to Museum District NIMBYs) A+ high effort post.

That's not body shaming. It'd be different if they were commenting on their weight or a visible attribute. The pee pee in reference is (hopefully) in the driver's pants and OP couldn't possibly know what their pee pee actually looks like.
They're implying they have small dick energy, which describes a behavioral typology more than the actual size of a person's genitals. No one in this thread seems to think the honking driver could possibly be an impatient road ranger honking prematurely be cause OP didn't just kiss two fingers and look to their God before just sending it right into incoming traffic yelling, "YOLO!".

Because suspensions often disproportionately impact specific demographics, so there is a big push to mitigate that disparity by suspending less.

Unions will never not be needed and good leadership will recognize that.

Reply to comment by Mad-Lad-of-RVA in Del. Lamont Bagby receives Democratic nomination in SD-09 by Mad-Lad-of-RVA
No, what I'm saying is that as a practical matter, there is very little difference between Lamont Bagby and say, Dawn Adams.
Look up their voting scorecards on votesmart:
NORML-- 100% for both
Repro Rising Virginia-- 92% for both
LEAP-- 100% for both
Equality Virginia--100% for both
Social Conservative-- 5% VA Family Foundation for both, Bagby 31% Tea Party, Adams 28%
Labor Unions-- Bagby 100%, Adams 86%
The perception is that Bagby taking Dominion money must somehow inevitably corrupt him in some major way, but that's not really the case.
Like, they speak and behave in the ways their constituencies want. Adams voters might get mad if she isn't perceived as actively fighting for certain hopeless causes so the Democrats will let her waste a certain amount of everyone's time on stuff that will never pass. Bagby may not need the rub, so he does something else.
Honestly, I would be annoyed if anyone let Adams take the lead on a bill of any substance because she's not good at it.

Schools already can't fire poorly performing teachers cause there's no one to replace them. No one's entering teaching because the pay sucks, the culture is toxic, and they're not appreciated

Great seasonal calendar. I think The Pollening has its hooks in several of the others though.

Ex teacher here. No they won't. They'll just keep the bad teachers instead of hiring better ones. And then decent teachers like me leave cause we know our skills will be better appreciated and better paid elsewhere

If you’re argument is the teachers have to provide all the supplies, then I think you meant to say “supply the classrooms and they can teach well”.
Align your request to your complaint.

A union is good to have no matter who’s in charge

Your traffic circle is fucked. The interior lane can't double as a turn lane if the exterior lane isn't forced to exit. You will end up with people on the inner circle trying to exit through people on the outside lane trying to continue around the circle.
