I think this is pretty much the key issue tbh, principals and teachers who are the ones actually doing the job are having to deal with school boards and administration who are usually incompetent, overreaching, and, especially lately, polarized beyond the point of actually being helpful. I think the more directly that teachers can effect change in their schools the better, so hopefully principals being given more of a voice will help with that

I live within in walking distance of Maury Cemetery, and if the city decided to bulldoze that place, and zone if for mixed use, sprinkle in some subsidized units for good luck.... I wouldn't shed a tear.

And neither would the general market, because its not like proximity to the cemetery and its, I assume important historical value, is doing much for value of land of the surrounding area.

Yeah I agree. Unfortunately we were in a bind when we moved in during the peak of the house crisis last year. Now that we have more options we are trying to explore other ideas

I got a letter in the mail about this. The company that got me was No Limit Towing and they charged $295 for a first tow. I emailed the investigator with all the info. Hopefully something comes of it.

Yep I know. It’s $40 a month and $200 fee but I have two pets. It’s painful. And the house already had pet damage so it’s not like they even cared to use the last persons money towards that.

It does, though. More pay means better support and more incentive to be a teacher knowing that the staff will more supportive. You really want this to fail don't you?

I think you could definitely do better. 2k in rent to live in lakeside sounds crazy to me. Be better off just buying a house there at that rate.
