Yes, one time fee and you get to pick up a weekly box for the duration!

Lucky 13. I really feel like it’s just geared towards the VCU students around who don’t know any better. And it’s cheap. They DO have one or two very good artists but I’m constantly in awe of what they post on their Instagram, it’s so bad.

I second Lucky 13. Best to avoid altogether.

Yeah, I didn't want to yuck OPs yum if it's something that they have been wanting, but man am I in for rewriting some of the norms that we have put in place and not bothered to changed for forever.

It was in prior contexts, Hollywood cemetery is kinda supposed to be used as a park.

I started getting a CSA from Farmbus a few weeks ago and have really loved it. They have multiple pick up locations around the city or you can do delivery. I’m not sure what your budget is/what you would consider affordable, but I feel like we always get way more than we would at the grocery store for the same price. The fruit/veggie only option is something like $45ish a share and we get a ton of stuff. Their instagram will post on Wednesday what would be included if you got an order, so you can get an idea of what is included.
Their website has the option of doing a one time order of any of their options (produce, meat, dairy, bread, etc), so you can see if it’s what you’re looking for. Only downside is their website formatting is rough to navigate.

This is going to be a big headache for us over the next few years. I'm in favor of all the city employees being able to unionize, I'm just saying one big reason they need a union is because they get shitty pay and the city administration is a hot mess.
So for the employees to get treated properly, we will have to raise taxes and a lot of city council, mayor, school board, etc. will need to go and there will have to be some considerable restructuring.
It's good in that this has needed to happen for some time, and hopefully things improve. But the transition is going to be messy as hell.

That's a tough boat to be in. This might not be a perfect idea but you could go look at post history for that group or similar from March/April last year to find old listings that had start dates in May, can reach out to whoever posted those to see if whoever rented the place is planning on renewing.

I don't think a cementary is a usable green space that is even remotely analogous to a park

I’ve done that already but I think being so far out it’s still been a crapshoot for anyone, only responses I got were immediate availability places that were way smaller than we’d be wanting (I’m talking 750 sq ft, when minimum for us needs to be closer to 1k if not ideally more), like I’m fine with renting from a slum lord company since small repair shit like leaking faucets and badly hung doors I can fix myself easy enough without needing to put in 20 work orders, but the extended required window for my move out notice just has me geeking a bit about where I’ll be able to even look at since nothings been posted up for then yet publicly

They do free tournaments every Thursday at the Answer. This is basically their invitational for the best players from there.
The Thursday tournaments are very friendly and low-key. I only went when they had a Smash 64 side event because I’ve never touched a GameCube controller in my life but everyone was really welcoming and the event was well run.

Yeah it’s ex Dodson, current spots super hood but the price was right for a 20 something single guy, but moving in with my gf that locationndef isn’t somewhere either of us would feel safe at since it’s gotten bullets through the window and has at least bi-weekly shootings in a two block radius for. Budgets up to 1800 with at least 1k sq ft which should be doable, but without seeing stuff I can actually grab now it’s just got me geeking a bit since I’ve already had to put in my notice to them

Better teachers has NOTHING to do with this topic lol. IT was about back office. And I'm still good with them getting realistic pay. Everyone should, but its kind of relative.
And yeah, I love my job and am paid well. I volunteer .... wait...sometimes.
I'm not even arguing with you!
and, pretty sure you've prejudged me while having no clue. But its all good, we all do it.

Try posting this on the Lindsey's List group on FB, you might luck into finding a homeowner who plans on renting their place out for the first time in May or someone with a lease ending then that is pretty sure they're moving but hasn't given the landlord notice yet.

we have plenty of land and having large green spaces in cities is important. especially when housing density increases. you sound like the type of person who wants to develop central park.

Oh you're anti-union, I get it now.
You know you can stop being an armchair judge and actually look into the stuff yourself. people who get paid more have higher job satisfaction and higher job satisfaction means they will volunteer their time more and systems will run more smoothly because of less animosity. higher pay means better teachers, and better teachers mean little johnny gets a better education.
Do you get it now?

I love the current size. you can show up 45 min before your flight breeze through security with ease. i like the recent growth too. it's attracting point to point carriers and hopefully once the runways are extended we can get some widebodies in for longer routes. maybe even enough power to bring a Canada flight back
