Never required transmission work but I've used Elliot Tire on Glenside for years, Jay/Kit are really nice dudes and have a fleet of really cool loaner cars if you'll be waiting a while.

Sounds like 2 problems.
Inadequate teachers providing lack luster education.
Underpaid roles in general in RPS system.

Andor and Rogue One are more of what I want. I think I heard Andor will end with sn2 and that’s fine, but I’m gonna need more “grown up” Star Wars

Some people would rather their pessimism come true to feel right and in control. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. The fact they are unionizing means they know what they are doing.
Also, Richmond is a very anti-union area. I can't tell you how many people I have met here believe unions are good for nothing and take your money. I see a union like a bulletproof vest. Even a shitty vest is better than nothing.

This sounds really good, the price doesn't look too bad either. Do you use them and if so what option did you go with?

Gentrification has its problems but buying 18 commercial properites in one area with ill gotten gains and then leaving them stuck in bankruptcy limbo is worst case scenario.

whenever you see the word real in something like real income or real wages in a dataset like this, it means its adjusted for inflation.

the properties that could've been developed into grocery stores are owned by him from his ill gotten gains and stuck in a criminal case/bankruptcy limbo.

don't we have a housing shortage? isn't that housing shortage felt most acutely on people akin to this community? isn't that shortage caused by historical land-use segregation that resulted in widespread inequities that are preserved still to this day?

Union workers do better work because they're more experienced. Non-union tend to be younger

That show definitely raised the bar. Got me to revist my long-dormant Star Wars nerdiness. The episode escaping from the raid on the dam was spectacular, especially the visuals.

Well, why don't we?

If there's no teachers to go on strike, because nobody wants to work for shit pay and be treated like garbage, is that a better alternative? Because that's what the current reality is
The few people I know in the teaching industry wouldn't even consider working for RPS as-is.

Yes, I used them last year and it was great! Anything additional is 15% off as well. I went with the farmer's select half size option last year and again this year. They also have a "people's choice" option which is essentially a gift card to use anywhere they set up shop for 15% as well.
