Cool. Thank you so much. I'm hoping the masjid was able to get something. Hopefully they have a cloud for their cameras and not just a hard drive. Kind of a distance, but maybe I'll recognize the person if I see them around the neighborhood.

Me too. My work, social and spirit center is in the city. The drive isn't bad as long as I moderate alcohol intake. It stinks having friends and dates mainly in Midlo and WE/SP though, but that distance would be an issue anywhere in the burbs.

If she has a co-signer, I would think any place she could afford the rent would be fine. I had shit credit coming out of college, but had my mother as a co-signer on my apts. I’ve never been turned down for a rental. I’ve rented with Metro, Pollard and Bagby, Thalmer, One Scott’s Addition, and Dickson. Currently rent through Neville C. Johnson and i recommend them very highly. Though I no longer have a co-signer these days.

Look up your place on Zillow. Look closely as it usually lists a Rent Zestimate. Also check Rentometer.com
As for the fees they are way high. Who’s the PM?

Tough choice..I would look for a better deal. But keep in mind you would have to pay significantly less a month to offset the cost of moving.

Further - Hanover county as well as the board of supervisors and the school Board have succumbed to Christian Nationalism and this is an opinion piece describing this. WaPo Christian Nationalism Klanover
