Don’t mean to discourage you! Just help. I’d like you to eliminate one terrible possibility. That he’s a true narcissist and NOT fixable. There are more out there that you’d believe. Watch some YouTube videos on the subject. Dr. Ramani is among the best. I was married to one for forty+ years and tried and tried and failed to fix my marriage. Just getting some distance has made my life better. Life short! Don’t just work on the relationship harder by yourself. I did and wasted decades. Don’t copy me.

"Have your cake and eat it" comes to mind. Unfortunately, I don't think this will leave his system, which is a shame because you're clearly doing all you can to understand what he wants/needs. You sound like you're handling this really well tbh - a lot better than most people. He thinks he's seeing greener grass when all he needs to do is tend to his own turf. I hope he eventually sees that before he throws away a good thing.

I don't understand why they are telling you this shit. In any relationship I've had no one has ever gone into that level.of detail. The most graphic share has been that they weren't fond of doggy style as a previous partner pretty much only did that one position as they liked to be dominant

"I was hoping if anybody has any insight on this issue."

There's 8 billion people on earth. People laugh different.

Why would you require your partner to laugh the same amount as you? That's strange.

Either accept him for who he is, or leave. He is just being himself.
