Yup, you're valid here.

After you brought tinder to his attention, he should have had the awareness to delete it... but it was still there the next time around.

And the condom count was a genius move on your behalf.

There is enough evidence here that would indicate foul play.

I am sorry you have to go through this, but I agree with everyone else. You should be taking this seriously and end it.

I think you and him need to have a conversation or two. Why does he want this to happen? What’s his fantasy here is he gonna be able to handle it if it became a reality. Are you truly OK with doing it or what do you get from it? I had met a husband and wife couple. He wanted to try it. Bisexual threesome with another guy. After lots of discussion, we decided we would go for it. For me it was not the first time, but for either of them it was a first time for a threesome and his first bisexual experience.
To make a long story short once the sex started he chickened out, but his wife didn’t wanna stop. She rode me well he sat in the corner pissed off For me. It was very awkward and uncomfortable with a whole lot of guilt for not putting my foot down and telling her to stop. It was also pretty clear that really damage the relationship. Now I had done the same thing with two other couples at all those experiences were amazing. So as long as everybody’s willing and there are clear-cut boundaries, it could be a lot of fun.

Be thankful he only wasted a year of your time, don't let him waste more. You got this! ✌️❤️

P.S this notion that people shouldn't look at their significant others phone is complete bs. If he tries gaslighting you ask to see his phone. If he makes an excuse or tries to make you seem toxic for asking just remember you're being gaslit.

So if you guys don’t even use condoms why would there be NEW condoms in there since the last time? I think that is an answer in itself. I would face to face ask him about them, letting him know that you counted them the last time you were there because you suspected something was up.

Flirting and sexting is defo at least an emotional affair. Idk what to tell you, you clearly said you feel no remorse for being unfaithful, what are you gonna do the next time you feel curious and bored?

His brother refuses to take meds; something about it altering his self and it won't be him anymore.

He refuses to go to therapy for his priorities, saying it's unfair and etc. That he has to choose when both are important.

His brother is in an odd situation where he will find anyone to talk to, but his brother just talks and talks--doesn't listen to advice or anything. I've listened to his brother talk and it's always, "it's just hard."
