This isn't a criticism, but at some level could it be about getting validation? Sometimes people who don't feel much self esteem or maybe confidence (especially when you're young) will look for it from other people, and once you've got it you lose interest in them. If that sounds like it might be you, make a list of all your strengths, good points and your dreams to help get clear on who you are.

you write this knowing nothing ab MHA it isn't about kids, there are plenty of busty characters, the "kids" in MHA do not look like kids, at most this is creepy, you are painting it as if he is a pedophile that was jerking off to a literal kids show showing like 10 year olds, calm down and speak to your boyfriend lol

I think you just need to have a conversation with him. You say he flirts with guys etc so maybe find out if he's also sexting etc. Technically it's cheating but he might be ok with it if its only girls and he does it with guys.

No one can answer that for you.

For me (44F), I left a man I loved very much because in spite of trying for several years, we just weren’t sexually compatible. At all.

Sex is important to me. I don’t want to have mediocre to bad sex. Life is too short.

Every facet of a relationship is valued a different amount by each different person. Your partner could see sex as 1 of 10 things they make their relationship decisions on, and for you it could be 1 of 3, creating an imbalance in perceived importance. Love language tests help with this.

You need to decide if it's what's important to you in your relationship, of there are other avenues like opening the relationship, or if it's something you'll swallow because they check the other 8 of 9 points you have. Only you know, but even then you can't know eithout communicating and asking your partner questions - like if they think they are satisfying you or not

I misunderstood i thought you just opened up after meeting this new guy, thats why it sounded planned to me, my apologies.

But yes even though you both agreed to an open relationship i think once you both start sleeping around it will end the relationship. At some point one of you will refuse sex with the other and an insecurity will pop up, do they enjoy another person more, am i not good enough anymore, do they get more outside so they dont need me, am i just an emotional support partner? Its like having a threeway and your partner showing more attention to the other person, it will eventually rub you the wrong way and cause issues.

I honestly think that if a relationship isnt open at the beginning then it should stay closed, more times then not if you open up later in a relationship it ends badly. Just my opinion, never really kool with the thought of my partner fucking someone else or building intimacy with someone.

Look, a few different scenarios may be true:

  1. He was jacking off to a children’s show that isn’t meant to be porn. Consequence: look into his browsing history and see what he’s been watching.
  2. He was bored and just started jacking off while watching his show.
  3. He’s using his private time in ways you’re uncomfortable with and need to have a frank conversation about boundaries.

All or none of these may be true at once.

I’d talk to him about it and say you’d like to see his browsing history because what you saw was uncomfortable for you, it was an accident that you walked in; and because of what you saw, you feel like looking through his browsing history on both his phone, computer, and other devices will give you some peace of mind.

Assuming nothing super sketch is in his browsing history, lay down some boundaries regarding his “alone time.”

Are you ok with him watching porn in general? If not, voice your concern about it.

Are you ok with him jacking off when he says he’s up to other stuff? If not, voice your concern about it.

There are lots of things that might be going on, but if you’re concerned he’s watching kiddie porn, you need to find out.

We actually have weekly dates and travel quite a bit like the romance and the relationship remains unaffected. Like we still connect with each other it just seems like she doesn't connect sexually with me anymore. Like I'll take her out to nice meals and drive her to beautiful destinations and go on vacation with her. It's just if I initiate or try to initiate sex she then disconnects and just declines it like last time we had sex and she only did it because it was my birthday and even then it was the most unenthusiastic sex I've ever had for 3 mins. But then we still have laughs together and cuddle and kiss just no tongue anymore.

Most people would consider sexting to be cheating. But not everyone does. Talk to your bf and find out what he thinks about this in general; it doesn’t mean you have to tell him the details of what you’ve been doing. But if he considers it cheating, you should probably stop doing it.

Yeah, good point. We actually decided to take some space while I think about it, but maybe I should continue until I get over my feelings.

But thank you, I really apprciate it. This is my first time falling for an FWB and wow, it really does suck lol
