Not a kid show....and idk if you have seen some of the characters but they are definetly geared towards male teenagers. Very revealing clothes, big boobs with low cut costumes. Anime is not kids tv show either. Most animes are geared towards the male audience.

He is not into child porn, he just fell for the anime boobies. I'm sure if you google it there would be a million results for my hero porn. They love to sexualize the women in animes. Cosplaying is also HUGE.

Wow, you honestly come across as an uncaring monster throwing a fit cos you can’t get what you want instead of trying to help someone who more than likely has depression.

He needs professional help and some caring people around him. If you can’t be that, then it’s better you leave sooner rather than later, so he doesn’t spiral more.

My response may come across harsh but I’ve been in his position and it took me a long time to get better due to the toxicity

Why do you both want to work this out is my first question? You now both have trust issues. So why is this worth it to both of you? If you both really loved each other you wouldn't have felt need to go outside of the relationship for validation or you wouldn't have felt a need to get revenge on him.

It isn't just you being very honest with him it is him being honest with you. Generally I would view what you have as a toxic relationship and it is only 1 year long.

You guys are both toxic. He obviously wasn’t ready for a relationship and you after what he did started to explore other options. Be single or be fwb you guys will never fully trust each other cause you guys don’t want be alone but also aren’t trying to only be with each other.

Well, first things first, stop trying to police what she eats. That’s only going to lead to more conflict. Figure out ways to be supportive instead of confrontational. Also, you’re adding to her stress and making it more likely that she compensates by eating what you consider junk.

you should ask him about it and let him know how it made you feel. not sure what his explanation would be but i would find it weird too. people always say “it’s just a cartoon/not real”, “they’re teenagers/of legal age in their country”. but that doesn’t make it not weird! if you’re uncomfortable with it that’s totally understandable.

Wow, this is a lot to unpack. First question is why you still have that content on your phone? No judgement, just seems weird to me unless it's kept for self gratification or something?

Second, why is he going through your phone like that? Is it a trust issue, or do you have that kind of relationship where that isn't uncommon?

Is there room? Sure. They can feel any kind of way they want.

Should you put up with it? That’s your decision.

Your guy is an adult. He’s almost 30. Does he want to be an independent individual or remain a child? Do you want to be with a man or a child?

After two years of a relationship, he should know where his priorities are. So should you. Since you do, are you willing to continue like this?

My son is 27. His girlfriend of 2.5 years is 32. Do I agree with everything she/they do? I do not. Does that matter? It does not.

The idea of my son being “in hot water” with us is laughable. He can’t get in trouble with us because he is no longer a child. He is an adult, capable of making his own decisions.
