In his defence, it was the first time he didn’t want to try. But I feel like we need to jump on any opportunity regardless if either of us were tired or full from a large meal (his reasons). Especially considering per our last conversation, this was to be the last month we were going to try.

It’s not that I don’t want to try anymore or have that if it happens it happens mentality, it’s I grow more and more concerned the older I get. I’m getting too close to 40 for my comfort. 🫤

Asking for validation would be saying that I am considering dating him. I am not. I am acknowledging that he was acting like a boyfriend and wants to keep this dynamic going, but because I like who he is I do not know if I should go along with this because we are both marriage minded.

Are you saying I am in denial ? This whole time I was fine with believing him and are just friends and it will never go past that. You make it seem like he is ready to hump my leg if I don't cut him off.

Also didn't mention it here, but his feelings for her have been a long back and forth with our relationship. Mainly him doing too much and me trying to help him keep a friend and not run her off. It's too much to include here but it's been a long road of him basically being down to drop me for her if she ever said so.

You ask him not her. Dont play stupid games, you can only win stupid prizes. Chance is it meant nothing. However, if you do not trust him, stop being with him or you could also open up about your insecurity, talk it out and be repsonsibly for your own feelings and hold him accountable for his actions and words. Like an adult.

He basically does all the things I've been asking him to do with me, with her instead, so yeah it kind of matters. Ill ask to go for walks and he'll decline to play his game, but the moment shes available thats all they do. My favorite band was in town and he didnt even tell me about it because he had planned to go with her. This was on my birthday. He didnt even know the band until he met me. I introduced him to it. She barely knows them. He even made her a song and I'm the one who got him into making music. He hasn't made me a single song and won't even work with me because he admitted to being jealous of my skill.

She needs therapy asap. She's not okay! She's doing to some poor woman what was done to her. She's gonna get caught, she's gonna get fired, and depending on how small the network is for her profession, she's gonna have a bad rep as a home wrecker, which will make it seriously hard for her to find another job.

They are. There is no reason to cut him of because I like him and he likes me. Our mutual friends tried to set me up with two guys that are around his age, and were confused as to why I wouldn't want to date them. Defining someone by their age is wrong, especially when I got to know the person.

Why are you saying he is aggressively flirting ?

Pass.

Google love bombing. This guy is a classic abuser, and you're seeing a bit behind the facade he's put up. The second you peek behind that curtain, he's cheating, he's blaming you, and he's controlling your social media/body with his demands for passwords and sex.

A relationship is built on trust. He doesn't trust you, as shown by demanding access to all your social media, and you shouldn't trust him after he lied and you were confronted with credible evidence of cheating.

This is not a gentleman, this is your projection of what a gentleman looks like onto a 34 yr old with nothing going on. This is someone who will do whatever he can to use you and your body for as long as you will let him, until you figure out this is all manipulation.

You look fantastic! Those are progress photos...anyone that's lost a significant amount of weight should take them! They are so encouraging to you and to others. Hes worried that you're going to leave him because you probably should have a long time ago. Even if you're posting them to spite him...Kudos to you my friend! What he won't do for you...another man happily will.
