I'm a huge fan of Urban Sweat at Raffa Yoga. It's got a eucalyptus steam room, salt room, turmeric room, charcoal room and traditional sauna - all varying degrees of heat. In the main room there's bean bags, water beds, and massage chairs. They also provide spa water so you can stay hydrated in between saunas. Very relaxing and you can stay for a chunk of time! If you book a massage, you also get the urban sweat experience included.

I live in a 16 unit building and my landlord assures me the company he contracts with sorts the trash. I was concerned about everything being thrown in one dumpster as well.

we've been doing that for nearly a decade. it's 99 a month for gas for us at least.

Not uncommon for garbage to be sorted for recycling in some municipalities, but I'd be shocked if Fat Tony from Waste Management in New England did anything of the sort, unless they could make a buck by shipping it to a third world country to cover a pile of stole catalytic converters

i have some terrible news about how recycling works in practice in the world....

You can feel both better and much much worse knowing that most of your recycling just goes into a different landfill, not actually recycled - Unless you use a lot of paper, glass and metal, they are better about that than plastic.
