In that case you really don’t know if there is a significant problem or not until the downspout is fixed. This might be simple and cheap to resolve.

Hey everyone! Back at it with another update about this week's group meals that I have coming up :)This week's awesome group meals include:

  1. Thursday (3/2) at 7:00 PM @ Ginza (Big sushi dinner!) - [NO SEATS LEFT :( ]
  2. Sunday (3/5) at 6:30 PM @ Aladdin’s Eatery (Lebanese) - [4 seats left!]

If you can't make any of these, let me know if you would be interested in getting updates about future meals!! Also, (something new I'd like to try) if you have an idea for a group meal, let me know and we can set it up together :)

Have a great and tasty week!!

It's so much better now than the 00's. I used to deliver pizza for the shop below the Ft. Pitt Inn (bar next door, different owners same name-ish). It used to be all wood paneling and the doors to the 2 "pocono touch" suites were the cheapest, lightest interior hollow-core doors - let's just say many times delivering there you could hear everything going on inside.

Now that they've had a bit of a renovation, I'd consider staying there actually. If it hasn't changed hands, the owners were super nice and friendly. And it's in a good neighborhood.

Pretty par for the course. Gonna need to fix up your drainage and seal the walls. But yeah, as soon as I saw that picture, I could imagine that wet basement smell.

We skiied 7Springs on Sunday evening. North face was pretty varied and not good so we stayed on the front side. Laps of Boomerang and Avalanche for the most part.

When the sun was still out, conditions were ok. Probably better than some other times we’d been due to them blowing snow at night. But once the sun went down, it all iced over. Everything was fast and hard. To the extent that most people stopped running Avalanche so my husband and I would get cheers and support from the lifts while we were running it.

Only one jackpost? That's pretty solid as Pittsburgh homes go! I remember visiting a couple that were more support than not down there, and were still droopy.
