It looks like they went through the city to get the no parking signs and are potentially removing junk from a house they just bought. I did the same thing when I moved into my home and needed a place that the Uhaul could park while we unloaded. Not everyone has a garage or driveway, and it's impossible to guarantee a spot outside your home if it's on the street otherwise.

This doctor’s domestic life is a literal house fire too. He built a mansion with a massive indoor gun range. Then it mysteriously went up in flames. At first he blamed a Tesla car battery. They fought him. Then a black and decker battery owned by some poor sub contractor. He went on to buy a nearby mega mansion with a pool shaped like a cock (not kidding). He then sold it after his arrest at the hospital.

Watchdog hangs around east liberty so much and every time he sees me he gives me the same spiel about who he is and how he's watching out for people. And I always reply as polite as possible like "Yeah man you've introduced yourself to me like 20 times so far." And every time he acts like he remembered me from the beginning, that we're good buds, and asks me for money.

And when I tell him I don't have any to give he no longer wants to be my friend apparently. Maybe I'm naive but I haven't gotten too bad of a vibe off of him considering circumstances.

I'd much rather deal with him than the old guy that used to (maybe still does?) hang out at the Sunoco on Highland begging to wash your windows. Super friendly until you said you didn't have cash and then he'd immediately give you a death glare while muttering as he shuffled back inside. Between him and their higher prices I haven't gone back there in years.

I don't want anyone to suffer and go hungry but my dude when I said I had $20 to last a week I meant it.

You’re in luck because you won’t have to wait (at least due to the topography). The hills might be an issue if we only had 20 cops for the whole city, but boy, do we have a lot more than that!

We have so many cops for a city our size. To give some context, we have about 30 police officers per 10,000 residents. Other cities around our size: Indianapolis has 18, El Paso 14, Nashville 20. We spend $1 out of every $5 in the city budget juston the police.

We have plenty of police officers and they’re spread out throughout the city, which would still be the case even if we hired fewer of them, gave them less fancy military gear, and held them accountable.

So, yes, it was a very dumb thing to say.
