I worked for a couple UPMC Presbyterian ED doctors years ago and their research fellows. It was disturbingly shocking to see the research fellows' pagers go off when a patient meeting their research criteria presented to the ED. It was like flies on shit. People are nothing more than a possible medical study for UPMC.

I received one in Texas about 6 years ago. It arrives in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice - well packed. You heat up the meats and stuff and then combine everything into the sandwich. It was pretty great - not quite the quality of a sandwich you'd get at a Primanis restaurant but pretty damn close. It's a wonderful taste of home for the Pittsburgh ex-pat

I agree with your statement about UPMC but disagree about the surgeon. The article explains that the surgeon was known for performing three complex surgeries at one time. Ignorance about billing is not a defense. The surgeon performed three surgeries at one time, how did the surgeon expect to explain operative reports with the same operative times, by the same doctor. They all knew and will just be cleverer in how they bill in the future.

If you don’t know how they work, I would strongly suggest staying away.

At any auction, you have the major players and bottom feeders looking for scraps. You are the retail customer that is trying to compete.

If you find something you like, you’re going to end up paying up for it because it likely is something that everyone else likes.

Also, keep in mind, if it’s at auction- someone didn’t want that car for some reason or another. You have to find out what the reason is before you buy it, or it will cost you a lot later.

I’d stick to trying to find a car you like through retail outlets. This isn’t Mac Bid, buying wholesale cars can be dangerous.

Sent one to Colorado Springs in December for xmas. Arrived with dry ice and everything separate. They have to build the sandwich but said it tasted just like it's supposed to

If you don't get any answers definitely give N Stuff Music in Blawnox a call. Their instrument techs are very well-regarded and I believe they have a specialist for this kind of work too, but if not they'll point you to who could do it for you. Really cool people and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable.
