Yeah they run them once a week as of late, in the Summer. I've been on them probably 10 times. They got a new larger boat, it's nice. Check the schedule beforehand and also call to confirm, they cancel with bad weather or if the driver is busy that day.

They also have different types of cruises, such as lunch or dinner cruises, and special event cruises as well throughout the year.

This isn't a big settlement as compared to other settlements happening across the USA, but it's very good that UPMC is being held accountable (to some degree) like the rest of them. Hotel Monaco has rooms that I believe are called spa suites. No hot tub, but they have massive Japanese soaking tubs. Big fan, have stayed there several times with my partner legit for the tub. I spend afternoons browsing the internet for 5,000 dollar soaking tubs. I am a changed man after the soaking tub.

I'll go out on a limb and say that big parts of the reason tow companies can operate the way that they do is that they have the budgets to lobby politicians and retain better lawyers than most of the people they're towing. Not to presume too much about OP's situation, but I doubt they're willing to pay enough in legal fees to fight off Spin's corporate lawyers over a minor inconvenience getting out of the driveway.
