I can’t believe these things still exist. I don’t see how it’s a profitable business plan. They get rented for next to nothing, then abandoned wherever they happen to be. Thrown in rivers, dumpsters, crashed etc. The scooter company must cover thousands of repairs and replacements every year. I figured they’d last a few months then go away.

Generally don't see those type of amenities in city proper. Rooms are small; 2 person hot tubs are big.

We also use Clean Day for biweekly cleanings and pay approximately $100 for a 1BR house. Their cleaners are professional and do a nice job, I would recommend them.

Because they mention trash also. Yes for the cardboard your township or borough are supposed to have drop boxes available for recyclables. Some localities are still refusing to do it. Also all landfills and transfer stations should have recycling bins at the entrance.

I know cafes exist in other parts of the world, but I think there are too many obstacles in place to make them viable here.

I have to wonder if the risks of a niche, non-animal small business would be mitigated somewhat by owning the space and living above it. I've sometimes fantasized about opening a little stationary store or something, if I were wealthy enough to not care about whether I turned a profit.
