https://fullservicenetwork.com/ in order for verizon not to be considered a monopoly they have to let full service bundle internet and phone it runs off Verizon up to the house they do internals you can call and get a regular person on the phone and are competitive with pricing

Reply to URA's Avenues of Hope has $7 million to help undo a history of disinvestment in Black neighborhoods by RadioChris1
>In the decades since, developers have erected numerous luxury apartment buildings and home prices in the neighborhood have soared, displacing residents who could no longer afford to live there.
Building more housing does not cause prices to increase. Lack of building and supply in high-demand areas is at fault. Also, market rate doesn't mean luxury.

If they’re anything like the jail trail management in PGH they probably wont. There was a swatstika spray painted on the trail for a few months near station square a year or two back

Thanks!
I'll be honest, like much of City Council, Coghill does not exactly strike me as a thoughtful person. This does not surprise me in the least!

I own a commercial property with a business with two apartments above it. The upstairs apartments have egress in the front and back with parking for four cars in the back. I am pretty sure having a storefront makes the property commercial so you can't get a standard home loan. You will need to pay outright or get a commercial mortgage. Commercial mortgages are a bit different than residential, you have a higher interest rate and shorter terms. My rate was 1.5% more than residential with 10 years. They don't roll the insurance and taxes into your payment. My commercial insurance is around $2600 a year. I'm glad that I bought the building but I'm really glad I got it for a good price at the time. If you want to get a residential mortgage, get a multi-family property, duplex, triplex, or quadplex, and just live in one unit.

>Atmospheric circulation is the large-scale movement of air and together with ocean circulation is the means by which thermal energy is redistributed on the surface of the Earth. The Earth's atmospheric circulation varies from year to year, but the large-scale structure of its circulation remains fairly constant. The smaller scale weather systems – mid-latitude depressions, or tropical convective cells – occur chaotically, and long-range weather predictions of those cannot be made beyond ten days in practice, or a month in theory (see chaos theory and the butterfly effect).

In Pittsburgh, the wind usually blows west to east with a slight northern tilt. This is called the westerlies and only applies to certain latitudes. The us steel pollution is more likely to blow north up the mon valley and blast squirrel hill with the the odor of the steamy fart instead of blowing east up over the river valley and over Jefferson hills into bethel park,

During the discussions around policing in 2020, he said that Pittsburgh needed a lot of cops because we have so many hills. I can’t find his exact quote right now, but it was so fucking stupid. He also advocated for more police because of the Steelers?????
This City Paper elections guide mentions it though:

As long as he is not my councilman anymore I’m all for it. He has accomplished nothing. He campaigned on “painting over graffiti” himself if he has to in order to get back to basics, yet nothing has changed since he took office.

Our Children's Museum and the connected Museum Lab have some extremely innovative and inclusive programming that you won't find at other museums, which is probably why it made the list.

Just imagine all lawsuits not in the news, but this just goes to show: hey you can defraud the government but as long as you pay when you get caught everything is okay.
