Could be. I'd just never seen it down. We did a tour several years ago now, pretty cool.

They purposely lower the lake in Winter to not damage the docks and shoreline from ice. They told us this on a boat tour. BTW, take a boat tour at least once, it's neat.

That's until the weather gets a bit nicer. Then it'll be packed all day long. That said, there's a nice 1.5 mile loop if you go up past the pool and right. I sometimes run up there and my kids widfe their bikes. It'd be good for rollerblading, though I'd be wary of grit on some of the downhills.

I'm not sure that's the answer. Afaik we've had plenty of rain instead.

Hopefully, heavy rainfall on Monday will replenish the lake. As u/VietBongArmy said, this is a very mild winter. This month is shaping up to be the least snowy February on record.

North park by the pool. Huge parking lot and usually no one there except a few cars.

I know I’m probably gonna get downvoted, but I wouldn’t even waste my time or money to go there anymore. Subpar food and a constantly shrinking menu

Here is a Napa floor plan that resold in 2021 for $700k in Newbury

Yeah I have basically stopped watching sports entirely because I don’t want to put up with this bullshit. I wasn’t going to pay money for ESPN+ and still have blackouts.

Go look at Newbury on google maps…it has been built out years ago. I don’t think any lots are left. Judging from the street view it was built around 2014 which matches with my recollection and the last homes were sold around 2019. You could call them and ask if they have any more lots. I’m guessing the $400k was put on the website a long time ago and is out of date. At least on google maps there are a couple of lots in the smaller section but those might have different models and floor plans

I don’t think there is much money to be made with a stand-alone option. If they did something joint, selling a package together to an existing provider is the best way to go.
A provider is not going to allow a standalone option anyways.

It’s profitable because they pay the small market local professional teams so little compared to other franchises.

I don’t doubt this could be true. Hockey is like the 5th or 6th most popular professional sport in the US. Baseball is 2nd or 3rd.
It’s not close either, hockey is so far down the popularity list it’s funny.
