That's until the weather gets a bit nicer. Then it'll be packed all day long. That said, there's a nice 1.5 mile loop if you go up past the pool and right. I sometimes run up there and my kids widfe their bikes. It'd be good for rollerblading, though I'd be wary of grit on some of the downhills.

Go look at Newbury on google maps…it has been built out years ago. I don’t think any lots are left. Judging from the street view it was built around 2014 which matches with my recollection and the last homes were sold around 2019. You could call them and ask if they have any more lots. I’m guessing the $400k was put on the website a long time ago and is out of date. At least on google maps there are a couple of lots in the smaller section but those might have different models and floor plans

I don’t think there is much money to be made with a stand-alone option. If they did something joint, selling a package together to an existing provider is the best way to go.

A provider is not going to allow a standalone option anyways.

I don’t doubt this could be true. Hockey is like the 5th or 6th most popular professional sport in the US. Baseball is 2nd or 3rd.

It’s not close either, hockey is so far down the popularity list it’s funny.
