Looks like the median sales price is almost double in the Cranberry zip code for a single family home.

I'm not sure why I can never see when people send me things -- this has happened before where I can't see something. Like no message shows up at all. Maybe I need to try on a desktop

Bathhouse Ceramics at the Braddock Library might be a good place to try once their renovations are over. It is a ceramics studio in the basement of the library. It used to be where all the steel workers would bath before heading upstairs to use the library.

North Hills Art Center has a parent+kid series we’ve done a few times, super fun! Assume they have similar things for other ages?

The Pens and Pirates should run the channel as a joint venture. They need to get carriage on YouTube TV and Hulu Live. They also need to offer a standalone option for people who don’t want a live tv service.

I don’t know if that’s the big difference but South Fayette property taxes are significantly higher than Cranberry.

Same thing is happening with Vento Landscaping and Construction. Just my dad and uncle running it. I'm the only one ever spending time at the shop, still on the fence about joining.

2015 is just as relevant as Covid year 2020 when the entire season was delayed months, leading to serious disinterest across the entire sport.

Yeah I forgot about that one. A friend of mine sold pizza from the back of that place for a while in the late 80's. It was the one place CMU students had nearby at the time. I miss that place too.

Those in Bridgeville are closer to both city/airport and are within South Fayette school district which is one of the best in the state I believe…so I am not sure that is a factor here.

In 2015, Pirates were much higher. It’s typically more even, or Pirates higher.

Why don’t you just buy a new blade? It has to be less of a frustration and, at least for my mower, cheaper.

Pirates ~40,000 per game avg.
That’s it. That’s near half of what the Penguins get.

Reply to Where to shop / try / buy electric mountain bikes near Greensburg? by duker_mf_lincoln
It's going to be really tough to find a quality e-MTB at those price points from a dealer. You could get into some direct sales brands like Commencal and find something, but a dealer is going to prioritize customers who bought from them when it comes time to service.
I'd also say that most stores aren't going to have much floor stock in on e-bikes or just higher end bikes in general. So it's probably unlikely you'll be able to actually see the bike you're interested in person. I know it seems crazy to spend that kind of money on a bike you haven't ridden, but I think we're just getting past some of the supply chain stuff to where dealers *may* actually have some floor stock, but it's not there yet.
A lot of people use the term "mountain bike" fairly generically to describe anything other than a road bike, so if you don't mind me asking, what type of riding does your son do? How old, and why an e-bike rather than an analog bike? At $3-5K, you'll find lots of good analog bikes available, especially towards the $5k range.
