(If it was better, people wouldn't need laws to force them to use solar panels, eat vegan, or forgo plastic.)

If the people pushing for policy changes really believed they were necessary for future generations, they would live their lives the way they want everyone else to. They don't, so they obviously don't believe we're screwing future generations. If the people who have studied it and people who advocate for laws based on it don't live like emissions generated by civilization are actually dooming future generations, I truly have no idea why anyone thinks changing how they live is necessary for future generations. There's no indication people who study it or advocate for laws based on it actually treat it as a serious threat and adjust how they live accordingly (if they do, they better share it and have it verified). They repeatedly say it's a serious threat to future generations, but unless such knowledge has motivated them to change their ways, I honestly don't get why people think they sincerely believe it or that there's a genuine threat.

Can we please get some option that doesn't require my use of a VPN to watch the games without a cable subscription. I just want to hand some group money just for the Pens games. Not a bunch of other crap or Pirates games, just Pens games. Right now my ESPN+ subscription and a VPN is the only way to watch games only broadcast on AT&T Sportsnet.

Idk why this is such a problem. There's two eat n parks almost in the city, close enough that they're not hassles to get to. And it's an Eat 'n Park. As someone who worked there for a few years, I can truthfully tell you that the city would lose nothing if those two locations closed down. It offers nothing special anymore. Not open 24/7, McDonald's burgers that take longer to get, and a sub par diner menu that can be bested by most small pubs in terms of quality. Their baked goods are frozen and baked on site, and their homemade soup is concentrate bags they add water to on site. The only thing they have going for them is the breakfast buffet on the weekends, but I can't imagine that makes it entirely worth it

I would love to see the RSNs collapse so we can finally get a proper streaming solution without blackouts. If it was only our local RSN, maybe it would be too much to ask. But I see the article mentions that Bally Sports is also considering bankruptcy.

Put it all on ESPN+ or NHLTV with no blackouts and I'll drop my Fubo subscription and subscribe to the new service in a heartbeat.

What’s important to keep in mind is while the company may lose money on its RSNs, Att Pittsburgh is profitable, so I imagine someone will step in to keep it going.
